Ingredients :
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 medium-sized cucumber, finely chopped
1 large tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (for garnish)

Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and finely chop the cucumber.
- Deseed the tomato and finely chop it.
- If using, finely chop the red onion.

- Add the chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion (if using), and fresh cilantro to the yogurt.
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Season the Raita:
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to taste.
- Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Garnish:
- Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds on top for added flavor and texture.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Refrigerate:
- Refrigerate the raita for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve:
