Ingredients
1 cup mix daal (chana daal, urad daal, toor daal, massor dal and moongdal)
1-2 cauliflower
5-6 garlic cloves(crushed)
2 medium onion
2 large tomatoes
Thora sa jeera
Pinch of hing
Green chillies upto your taste
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of garam masala
Salt swad anusar.
Pinch of red chilli powder
1 tbsp oil for tadka( we suggest mustard oil)
Banane Ki Vidhi
Pressure cook the lentils with salt.
For Tadka:
Take a pan heat up the oil and add in jeera, once it starts cracking add in hing and saute for a minute now add garlic and roast till it get s golden.
Add onion and tomatoes along with all the other spice, cook till mushy (add few drops of water if required).
Add the tadka to the cooked daal.
For cauliflower rice:
Grate the cauliflower florets only and give it 2-3 mins saute in a pan over high flame to decrease the moisture.
Voila your meals is ready.
