Ingredients :
150g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spiciness)
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Prepare Tofu:
- Press the tofu to remove excess water by placing it between paper towels and applying gentle pressure. Cube the pressed tofu.
Marinate Tofu:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
Preheat and Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tofu develops a golden-brown crust, flipping the cubes halfway through for even cooking.
Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish the baked tofu with fresh cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
