Ingredients :

200g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)

Sauté Aromatics:

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste:

Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan. Sauté for a minute until the raw aroma disappears.

Introduce Vegetables:

Add finely chopped tomatoes and green bell pepper to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the tomatoes are well-cooked.

Add Spice Powders:

Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes to blend the spices.

Crumble Paneer:

Crumble the paneer into the pan. Mix well to combine the paneer with the spices and vegetables.
