Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1-2 minutes to blend the spices.
Add Vegetables:
Add cauliflower florets and green peas to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture.
Cook:
Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.
Season:
Season the cauliflower and green peas curry with salt to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

Garnish the low-fat cauliflower and green peas curry with fresh coriander if desired.
