Ingredients For the Filling:
½ cauliflower finely chopped
1 medium onion
3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
1/2 teaspoon coriander ground
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon bhuna jeera
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds whole
1/8-1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 cup fresh Dhanya chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Ingredients For The Dough
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon Ajwain
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water
Banane Ki Vidhi
For the filling:
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat add the cauliflower and onions.( soft hone tak cook krein)
- Sprinkle the salt over the vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, jab tak sare vegetables translucent na ho cook them , Stir in ginger root, coriander, garam masala, ground cumin, cumin seeds, and chili flakes. Stir for 1-2 minutes to allow the spices to toast. Turn off the heat.
- Stir in the dhanya. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add salt to taste.
For the dough:
Add all the listed ingredients and paani thora thora add karke knead it for 10-15 minutes . Let it rest for 30 mins
To assemble:
- Preheat oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
Make small balls of doubt and roll it out to medium thickness.
Fill in the stuffing and give it a shape of SAMOSA.
Bake it for 15 mins or you can air fry at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
