Healthy Aalu Tikki

For the mint chutney:

¼ cup of curd
A bundle of mint leaves
1 small onion
1 raw mango
5-6 garlic cloves

For the tikki

2 boiled potatoes
1 piece multi-grain bread
½ tsp ginger paste
Handful of boiled chana daal
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Dhaniya powder to taste

For the imli chutney

20 gms tamarind
2-3 dates
1 tsp sesame seeds

For the mint chutney:

A bundle of coriander leaves

For the imli chutney

2-3 dates
1 tsp sesame seeds

For the dressing

½ cup of curd
Handful of boiled white chana sprouts
Handful of sprouts
½ onion, finely chopped
1 tsp finely-chopped coriander leaves
Handful of pomegranate arils
½ tsp chaat masala

Firstly soak dates and tamarind separately in bowl for 15 min. ,now strain pulp and cook it in non stick pan ,after boiling add dates and cookn it about 2-4 min now add  sesame seeds and red chilli  and mix it well  now your chutney is ready to eat .

Now for mint chutney add mint , coriander , ginger , garlic , raw mango , lemon juice , curd , red chilli powder and salt in mixer jar and mix it well.

Now let’s make tikki Boil potatoes and peel it properly ,take bread ( soaked in water) ,

Boiled chana dal ,salt, dhaniya powder , red chilli poweder and  mash all the ingredients, now roll the mixture in small balls , and devide them all In small pieces now flatend the balls in tikki shape

Now spray some olive oil in pan  and saute the tikki until its get crispy , now for preparing chaat place the  tikkis in  plate and put some chopped onion , tomatoes , curd , mint chutney , imli chutney and serve….

Tikki with a twist is ready
