200g firm tofu, drained and pressed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilantro, or basil)

- Prepare the marinade: In a shallow dish, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into slices or cubes, depending on your preference.
- Marinate the tofu: Place the tofu slices or cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if time allows, in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill: Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the tofu: Remove the tofu from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the tofu on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks form and the tofu is heated through.
- Serve: Once grilled, remove the tofu from the grill and serve hot as a main dish or as a protein topping for salads, sandwiches, or wraps.
