Ingredients :
1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Prepare Cucumber:
Peel the cucumber and grate it using a box grater. Squeeze out excess water from the grated cucumber using a clean kitchen towel.
Combine Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, chopped mint, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix Well:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the cucumber mint yogurt for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the yogurt to chill.
Serve:
Stir the yogurt before serving. Serve the cucumber mint yogurt chilled as a refreshing side dish or dip.
