Ingredients
100g chickpeas ,4 large eggs (ye dono mandatory hain)

2 chopped garlic cloves
1 yellow,red pepper apnea favourite colour le lo
1 hari mirchi, chopped

1 tsp dhaniya powder
½ tsp Haldi
2 laal tomatoes
Coriander, chopped

In a non-stick pan, heat the oil, add garlic, pepper, chilli and the whites of the spring onions. Saute for 5 minutes on a medium-high flame fir usme
tomatoes,coriander and chickpeas ko 1-2 minute ke liye pakayen .or apne hathon ki mehnat se mash them very lightly.
Bring a wide pan of water to a boil. Crack the eggs and poach them in the boiling water for 2 minutes. Then extract them with a slotted spoon.
