Ingredients of Bhel
1 cup puffed rice cereal, preferably whole-grain
1 TBS roasted chickpeas
1 TBS roasted peanuts
1 Chutki garam masala
1 finely chopped red onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely green chilly (jitna aap jhel sako)
1 teaspoons date-tamarind chutney or mango chutney
coriander chutney (ye bhot jaruri hai)
chopped fresh coriander
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Banane Ki Vidhi
Toss puffed rice, chickpeas, peanuts and garam masala in a large bowl. Mix onion, tomato and jalapeño (or serrano) in a small bowl.
