Ingredients
2 cups Palak finely chopped
½ cup soya flakes
½ cup almond flour (kacha badam ka atta)
2 tbsp cheese grated ( cheddar) healthy fats are important
½ cup paneer grated (Protein bhi jaruri hai)
1 tsp (racist) kali mirch
1 red chilli flakes

Roast the soya flakes and ground to a coarse powder after cooling.
Mix all the ingredients well and roll them into tiny balls.
