4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Zest and juice of 2 limes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each breast is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
- Bake the chicken: Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with lime slices and additional fresh cilantro, if desired, before serving.
