4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Prepare the mustard mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet, spreading it to coat the top and sides.
- Bake the salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
