4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Prepare the mustard mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the mustard mixture evenly over each fillet, spreading it to coat the top and sides.
