Prepare Marinade:

Add the halved mushrooms to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for a more intense flavor, refrigerate for a few hours.
Skewer Mushrooms:
Preheat your grill or oven. Skewer the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, ensuring they are well spaced.
Grill or Bake:
Grill the mushroom skewers on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred. Alternatively, you can bake them in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve:
Once grilled or baked, remove the mushroom skewers from the heat. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the tikka and serve hot.
