Ingredients
6 whole eggs
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped tomato
1 medium chopped Capsicum
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 green chilli
1 small grated ginger
½ ts oil
Namak swad anusar
cheese( if you like it)
Banane Ki Vidhi
Put all the veggies in mortar and pestle and crush them to release flavour.
Take a large bowl crack in eggs add green chilli, ginger black pepper and salt, give it a good whisk.
Take a pan add oil to it and saute crush veggies , now add in the whisked eggs slowly slowly
We suggest to cook on a low flame (wase ye aapki marzi hai). If you wish you can add slice of cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy with your gym partner.
