Ingredients
1 and a half Cups coarse grind oats
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup Carrots
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped Green Chilli
1 tbs Yogurt (for binding)
1/2 tbsp Pepper
Salt swad anusar
Banane Ki Vidhi
Take oats in large bowl add all the chopped veggies and give it a mix.
Add yogurt salt and rest for 10 mins( aap nahi mixture ko rest karne de) 😂
10 min k baad ek pan ko heat karen low flame pe and mixture ko tikki ka shape de and pan fry it without oil ( oil aapne anusar chahe to use karen but FK suggest you air fry them or fry without oil).
Enjoy with chutney of your taste
