Ingredients
200 gms chicken boneless
½ carrot
2 garlic cloves chopped
½ tbsp red bell pepper
⅓ tbsp vinegar
½ tbsp oil
Black pepper kutti hui
½ tbsp oil
½ cup rice
½ onion chopped
½ capsicum (green pepper) ek dum hara bhara
¼ tsp soy sauce
Pinch of salt
¼ tsp lemon juice
Banane Ki Vidhi
Soak the rice in water for at least 20 minutes.
Wash and marinate the chicken with salt and black pepper. Fir 20 minutes k liye usey aram karne dein.
Add 2 cups of water in a saucepan and let it simmer. Add rice and cook until it is 80 percent done. Drain and keep it aside.
Add a little oil to a pan and cook the marinated chicken until it turns a soft golden colour. Keep it aside
Add oil again to a pan and saute the garlic and onion. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes on a high flame. Add black pepper and salt and mix well.
Add the chicken, rice and all the vegetables, cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 2 minutes.
Drizzle with the vinegar, then cover it again. Serve after 10 minutes.
