Ingredients

2 gajar grated obvious ha ye to
100g brown rice
40 gms peas (extra protein k liye)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 hari chilli chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1 tbsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
5 cashews, roasted

Banane Ki Vidhi

Heat the oil in a sauce pan(pateela), add a pinch of salt to the onion and saute for 5 minutes on a low flame. Add

the chilli, crush in the garlic and cook for another minute.

With a splash of water, stir in the spices and cook for a few minutes before adding the carrots. Stir well.

Add the rice, peas and cashews and mix with the rest.
