Ingredients For Papdi
1 cup Atta
½ cup water
½ teaspoon Jeera seeds
½ teaspoon Ajwain
½ teaspoon kala namak
Ingredients For GREEN CHUTNEY
1 cup coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
½ cup unripe mango, roughly chopped/ lemon ka ras
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 small green chilli
Ingredients For IMLI CHUTNEY
1 cup tamarind, seedless (soaked in warm water for 2 hours)
2 cups dates, seedless (soaked in warm water for 2 hours)
½ cup water
5-6 kaali mirch
1 teaspoon roasted jeera Powder
½ teaspoon kala namak
Banane Ki Vidhi
For papdi:
Mix all the ingredients or ache se tight dough bana le. Or thora se rest karne de dough ko.
Ab ek patli se roti bana le and cut small papri size from it with the help of a bottle cap.
Preheat the oven at 260°F. Bake the papdis in the oven till they turn light brown for approximately 10 minutes. Keep a check on the papdis. Thin papdis get baked quickly and you don’t want to over bake them.
For Chutneys Mix all the Now ek plate me papdi crack karein add yogurt , green chutney, Imliye chutney all together.
Top karein apne favourite fruits kay saath (kyunki fibers bhot jaruri hain)
