Ingredients

1 Potato
½ cup carrot
½ cup broccoli
½ cup french beans
½ cup peas
Handful of Dhaniya patta
Namak swad anusar
Laal mirch swad anusar
1 TS garam masala
½ TS dhaniya powder
½ TS Bhuna jeera powder

Banane Ki Vidhi

Boil or steam the veggies ,make sure there is no moisture left after boiling. Cool it down before next step. Now mash them with low pressure.

Add in all the leftover ingredients and mix it well. Give them a shape of cutlet and dry fry or air fry ye choice hum aapko dete hain.
