500 gm Palak
½ cup peas
1 small piece of ginger
1 large boiled sweet potato
1-2 green chilli
1 cup hara dhaniya
Namak humesha ki tarah swad anusar
½ ts bhuna jeera
½ TS garam masala
½ kali mirch powder

Banane Ki Vidhi

Blanch the palak and drain the water keep it aside.

Take a pan add few drops of oil than saute the peas along with ginger and chilli.

Cool everything completely. Now its time to grind all things together.

Dhyan rakhna grind karte time dont use water. Now take a large bowl mash the sweet potato . Ab saare dry ingredients or wet ingredients ko mix karein . Bind everything together and shape them as you liike.  

Pan fry it or air fry it. Serve with the chutney of your taste.
