No Oil Egg Curry (High Protein)

Ingredients

4 Hard Boiled Eggs , yolk removed after boiling
1 tsp cumin seeds
Plain Yogurt 2TBS
1TBS ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup grated onions
1tsp red chili powder or to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbs dry kastoori methi (optional)
1 tsp garam masala powder
Fresh Cilantro / coriander leaves for garnishing

Sabse pehle eggs ko hard oil krke unka yolk nikaal do ( yolks are high in fats and cholesterol),ab ek non stick pan ko garm hone k baad geera daal k sputter hone take bhune ab isme tomato , onion ginger garlic paste add krke thick hone tak pakayein , cook hojane k baad isme red chilli powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder kasturi methi add krke achche se cook home tak pakayein ab gas ko low krke curd add krein and continues mix krein, boil aane k baad gas ko high flame par kr dein and 3-4 min tak pakayein ab suyaad anusaar salt add kr dein ab gas ko band krke eggs ko add kr dein and add coriander leaves .

High protein with very low calory is ready .
