Banane Ki Vidhi
Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, whisk together fresh lemon juice, low-sodium soy sauce, water, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Place the tofu cubes in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Gently toss to coat the tofu evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the marinated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tofu is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Garnish the low-fat lemon garlic tofu with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve the flavorful and healthy lemon garlic tofu over brown rice, quinoa, or with your favorite vegetables.
