Banane Ki Vidhi
Shred the cabbage, thinly slice the onion, and grate the ginger.
In a large pan or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add sliced onions to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions are softened. Add shredded cabbage and peas to the pan.
Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes or until the cabbage is tender yet still has a bit of crunch. Ensure even cooking by stirring frequently.
Pour low-sodium soy sauce and rice vinegar over the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If using, add a teaspoon of sesame oil for added flavor.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the cabbage and peas stir fry with fresh cilantro if desired.
