2 tablespoons olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven:
