100gram Gram Flour (Besan)
50 gram Whole wheat Flour
1 Chopped Onion,
1/2 tsp Green Chilli Chopped
Chopped Fresh Coriander
Red Chilli Powder
Oil as required
Salt to humesha swad anusar

Ingredients of For Kathi Roll Stuffing

Paneer - 100 gm Its veg and Proteinaceous
handful1 medium Onion,
3 tbsp of Mint Chutney wase koi bhi hari chutney chalegi

Banane Ki Vidhi

Step 1. Dough kneading:

Atta or besan ko achhe se mix karne k baad saare ingredients ko apne sang lete hue ek firm dough bana le.

Next make the balls and unko ek sheet me roll kar lien. Or ache se sek b lena hai. 

Step 2. Stuffing:

Its simple , paneer ko without ouil grill karein.

Step 3: Assembling:

Spread some chutney on besan ki roti, add onion and paneer and roll it out. 

Note: Ek tip yaad ayi, aapka agar man karein to aap isko grill b kar saktey hain, trust me its tastes super yumm
