Ingredients of Chilli Patato

3 sweet potatoes
2 large onion (moti chopped)
1 capsicum (moti chopped)
20 g spring onion
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Red chili flakes
Pepper
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Vinegar
Chilli sauce
Water
Salt

Banane Ki Vidhi

Wash and boil the sweet potatoes, cut it into wedges( jaise chilli potato wale bhaiya krte hai cut ) , add salt and little oil  to it and bake it 8-10 minutes at 220 degrees , iske bad Finely chop the garlic, onion,Capsicum and green part of the spring onion. Cut the spring onion bulb into a roughly diamond shape and set aside. 

Take a pan, add a little oil, add half of the chopped garlic to it and saute it for a few minutes. Add chili flakes and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add roughly diamond spring onion bulb saute it well.ab isme we will add the  chopped Onion and capsicum along with the salt and let it cook a bit. Add soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce.

Ab add karein roasted sweet potatoes , mix it for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
