Healthy Chicken Curry


Chicken( boneless and fat to be removed ): 1 kg
onions: 2
curry leaves: 2 sprigs
garlic: 1.5 pods
ginger: 2 inch
green chilies: 2
tomatoes: 3
coconut oil or desi ghee: 1/2 tbsp
saunf/fennel seeds: 1/2 tsp
cinnamon: 1 stick
cloves: 5
cardamon: 5
peppercorns: 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powdeer: 1.5 tbsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
garam masala: 1 tsp
Water: 2 tbsp + 3/4 cup (depends on how thick or thin you want the gravy to be)
coriander leaves to garnish
pink himalayan salt as needed

Banane Ki Vidhi

sabse pehle ginger and garlic ko chote chote pieces mai cut krke unka paste bana lein , is recipe ko banane k liye hum pressure cooker ka use krenge taki jyada oil use na krna pade, ab hum pressure cooker mai ½ tbls spoon coconut oil dalenge ,ab oil k garam hone k bad we will add sunf , cinnamon, cloves , ilaichi ,kaali mirch sabut , in sabhi ko dalkr chala lein ab isme kate hue onions and green chillies add krein , ab onions ko golden brown hone tak pakayein and pink himalyan salt ko add krein ,ab ginger and garlic ka jo paste banaya tha usko isme add krein  and ab isme masale add krein and achche se mix krein  taki masale ahche se pak jayain ab isme take hue tomatoes add krein and cover the pressure cooker to allow the tomatoes to cook for 2 mins , ab isme chicken k pieces ko add krein and achche se mix krein and chicken ko masale k sath cook hone dein , ab curry leaves add krke , water add krein and cover the cooker to let the chicken cook for 15 minutes.
