2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala

Banane Ki Vidhi

Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to form a smooth marinade.

Marinate the Chicken:

    • Make slits on the chicken leg quarter to allow the marinade to penetrate.
    • Coat the chicken with the prepared marinade, ensuring it is well covered. Allow it to marinate for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.

Grill the Chicken:

    • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    • Grill the marinated chicken leg quarter, turning occasionally, until it is fully cooked and has a nice char on the outside. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional).
    • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
