Ingredients

1 cup Daliya or broken wheat
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped tomato
1 medium chopped Capsicum
1 cup carrots
1 cup blanched broccoli
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup french beans
1 green chilli
1 small grated ginger
½ ts oil
Namak swad anusar

Banane Ki Vidhi

In a 3-litre pressure cooker cook the daliya for 3-4 whistles along with salt, beans and carrots. Once cooked add in peas and broccoli.

Now Prepare tadka , add oil to a pan add all the remaining ingredient and add in the boiled daliya.

You can serve with achaar it tastes yum.
