2 cups brown rice
1 cup beaten yogurt
1 grated cucumber
1 grated carrot
Fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
½ tbsp ghee
1 tbsp moong dal
1 tbsp channa dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp peanut(optional)
Few red chilli
Some curry leaves

Banane Ki Vidhi

First of all cook your brown rice. Take a large bowl add in yogurt, rice ,veggies and salt respectively.

For Tadka:

Take a tadka pan usme ghee ache se garam karein add mustard seeds with peanuts kuch seconds baad red chill add karein and at the end add curry leaves. Trust me is time tak aapki bhuk bad chuki hogi. 

Put tadka in the mixture and serve with pickle if you like.
