Sweet POTATO 2-3 NOS.
ICE CUBES | बर्फ
WATER | पानी
CORN FLOUR | कॉर्न फ्लोर 2 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER | हल्दी पाउडर 1/2 TSP (ek sunhere rang k liye)

Ingredients For the Toppings:

chaat masala
Srpouts
Boiled chick peas
Green chutney
Meethi chutney (dates and imlie)
Onions (optional)
Fresh coriander
Ginger (juliennes)
Beetroot (julienned)
Onion
Tomotaoes
cucumber
Green chillies (slit)
Dahi (curd) - 2 cup
Back salt - 2 tsp
