1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for added heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for extra crispiness)
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Sweet Potatoes:

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized fries.

Coat with Oil and Seasonings:
