Banane Ki Vidhi
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Massage with Olive Oil:
In a large bowl, drizzle the kale with olive oil. Massage the oil into the leaves, ensuring each piece is lightly coated.
Sprinkle sea salt over the kale. Optionally, add black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika for additional flavor.
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Arrange the seasoned kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow even baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are crisp, and the kale becomes light and airy. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
Cool and Crisp:
Allow the kale chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
Serve the baked kale chips as a healthy and flavorful snack.
