Ingredients

1 large avocado mashed
salt swad anusar
freshly squeezed lemon juice (khatta swad anusar)
1 green chilies, chopped
4 slices whole-grain bread toasted
1 cup spinach leaves
2 tomatoes sliced
1 onion sliced
1 cucumber sliced
optional Half fried egg( it tastes so well)

Banane Ki Vidhi

Take mashed avaocado add salt lemon garlic and green chilli, mix it well. Keep it aside

Toast the bread spread the filling and top it with spinach, onion tomato and cucumber.

Bus its so easy to make.. I know starting me thori si mehnat hai par mahnat ka fal to sandwich hota hai.
