Banane Ki Vidhi
- Prepare the tofu: Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and cut it into cubes.
- Stir-fry tofu: Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set it aside.
- Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet, add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Then add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add vegetables: Add sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until they turn translucent. Then add the trimmed green beans. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender-crisp.
- Season: Add ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- Add tofu back: Return the cooked tofu cubes to the skillet. Toss everything together gently to combine and heat through.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish the Tofu and Green Bean Stir Fry with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
- Serve: Serve hot as a main dish or as a side dish with rice or noodles.
